VendorProof is a secure web-based vendor portal that helps Community Health Systems (CHS) ensure vendor compliance with current federal and state regulations and streamline vendor data collection through an online enrollment portal.
All vendors will be asked to complete a short enrollment in which the vendor provides and validates business information, completes a short risk survey, and in some cases attestations to ensure compliance with Medicare plan requirements. Vendors who complete the enrollment process satisfy this requirement for all CHS locations.
